Express production refers to the rapid production of Prototypes, Tools, sample parts or small batches with drastically reduced lead times. It often enables customers to receive functional components or near-series prototypes within just a few days and therefore greatly speeds up the development process, especially for engineer-to-order products or enquiries at short notice.

What does express production involve?

An express service in contract manufacturing can relate to various phases of the product development process:
