GUME is a medium-sized manufacturer specializing in the development and production of custom molded rubber parts and rubber composite parts, based in Ostermünchen, Bavaria. To strengthen our manufacturing team, we are seeking a motivated Production Assistant (m/f/d) to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• You prepare materials and set up workflows.
• You operate and monitor production equipment.
• You perform post-processing and assemble components.
• You carry out quality inspections.

Profile

• Initial experience in production or with machinery is an advantage, but not required.
• Manual dexterity and strong technical understanding.
• Reliable, thorough, and team-oriented working style.
• German language proficiency at the B1 level or higher.
