GUME is a medium-sized manufacturer specializing in the development and production of custom molded rubber parts and rubber composite parts, based in Ostermünchen, Bavaria. To strengthen our production team, we are currently seeking a motivated production worker in the field of manufacturing rubber and composite parts (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• You prepare materials and set up workflows.
• Operation and monitoring of production facilities for the manufacture of rubber molded and composite parts
• Post-processing and assembly of rubber products
• You carry out quality inspections.

Profile

• First experience in the production of rubber and composite parts or in handling machinery is advantageous, but not necessarily required.
• Manual dexterity and strong technical understanding.
• Reliable, thorough, and team-oriented working style.
• German language proficiency at the B1 level or higher.
