Business Development Manager
GUME is a medium-sized supplier in the development and production of customised moulded rubber and composite parts based in Bavaria/Tuntenhausen. Our solutions are used in industries such as mechanical and plant engineering, aerospace, medical technology and infrastructure - wherever quality, precision and reliability are crucial. We are particularly convincing when it comes to demanding special parts with our technical depth, optimisation spirit and solutions that others cannot deliver.
To accelerate the growth of GUME GmbH and to build up a sales & marketing team, we are now looking for a motivated employee in the Business Development - full-time (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- You actively acquire new customers for moulded rubber and composite parts
- You are responsible for marketing measures and coordinate SEO, social media, etc.
- You recognise technical and economic potential and advise the customer on our product portfolio
- You actively drive the turnover and growth of GUME GmbH and are measured by your success
- You will grow within the company and build up a sales and marketing team in the future
Profile
- Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn, especially for technical products and customer applications
- Pronounced ambition, strong goal-orientation and the will to deliver above-average results
- 2+ years sales/marketing experience
- Technically orientated training or studies
- Proven ability to close deals, high self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and speed of work
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
